She works between Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana, with different businesses across several sectors including energy, manufacturing, finance as well as regional institutions and international organisations. Her years of international leadership experience with regional conglomerates and blue-chip companies have been focussed on advocacy and strategies for change management, new-entry and crisis communications in country relations, sustainability reporting, leadership communications coaching, branding and corporate reputation.

Donna is co-author of “Meshing Global Standards”, a review on the application of global standards for local CSR delivery and is also producer of the annual Corporate Sustainability Review. She is manager and owner of boutique agencies in Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana
